Lime Daiquiri à la mode

2 oz El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
1/4 oz Orange Curacoa
dash Fees Cocktail bitters
Lime Slice

Place the first four ingredients in a metal shaker with ice
Shake until the outside of the shaker frost
Strain into a Cocktail glass
Garnish with a floating lime slice
