Wisconsin Old Fashioned (Brandy)

2 oz Brandy or Cognac
1 or 2 Brandied Cherries
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 large orange slice
1/4 oz Simple syrup (1:1)
Crushed Ice
1 Brandied Cherry
Orange Slice

Carefully remove the peel from the Orange Slice
Add the orange (without the peel) into the bottom of an Old-Fashioned Glass
Add the Brandy, 1 brandied cherry, the bitters and the simple syrup as well
Muddle everything until very well mixed
Remove the cherry skin
Add crushed ice to fill
Garnish with a curl of orange peel with a brandied cherry in the center
