Canadian Caribou

The Canadian Caribou
an original cocktail By Chip Dykstra (Aka Arctic Wolf)

For this cocktail we need a Canadian whisky with a strong rye forward profile. Here are several which work fine, Gibson’s Finest, Alberta Premium, Highwood Centenial, and Black Velvet Deluxe Canadian Whisky.
