Reserve Royal Aperitif

Here is a delicious tall cocktail recipe that pairs Champagne (Sparkling Wine) with Appleton Estate Reserve Jamaica Rum.

Reserve Royal Aperitif

1 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve Jamaica Rum
1/2 oz. fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup (2:1 honey to water)
Ice
3 1/2 oz. Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Lemon Peel

Add the first 3 Ingredients to a metal shaker with ice
Shake until the outside of the shaker begins to frost
Strain into a flute
Complete with Sparkling Wine
Garnish with strips of lemon peel
