Blue Hawaii

Blue Hawaii

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz fresh squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz Bols Blue Curacao
Ice
1/4  oz Galliano

Place the vodka, blue Curacao, and lime juice into a metal shaker
Shake until the outside of the shaker frosts
Strain into a large rocks glass filled with ice
Float the Galliano on top
Garnish with a lime coil, and/or pineapple spear
Enjoy!
