Grande Champagne Sidecar

Sidecar SAM_1048The Grande Champagne Sidecar

1 3/4 oz.  Grande Champagne Cognac (Pierre Ferrand Amber is great)
3/4 oz Dry Curacao
3/4 oz. Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
3/8 oz. Sugar syrup (1:1)
ice

Add all ingredients to a metal cocktail shaker filled with ice
Shake until the sides of the shaker frost
Strain into a cocktail glass
Serve and Enjoy!
