Sandy Silence

I would never have thought that the quintessential gin cocktail, the gin and tonic, would taste equally well when tequila replaced the gin. Mixing with high quality Tequila makes all the difference.

Sandy Silence SAM_1508Sandy Silence

1 3/4 oz Blanco Tequila
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3/8 oz Sugar Syrup (1:1)
Ice
2 oz Tonic Water
Cucumber slices

Add the first three ingredients into a rocks glass
Stir and add ice
Fill with Tonic Water
Garnish with cucumber

Please enjoy this indulgence responsibly!
