Mean Streets
I love to drink aged Scotch whisky bottled at cask strength. The combination of higher than regular proof whisky, aged in oak (if it is done right), and a light peaty smoke is a really nice. When I sip these aged delights I occasionally like to mix a glorious unapologetic boozy cocktail. Here is one such drink that I call, Mean Streets, as it contains a mean kick that is sure to delight the tonsils:
Mean Streets

3/4 oz Dry Gin
3/8 oz Orange Curacao
Juice from 1/2 Grapefruit
Build in a shaker with ice
Shake until chilled
Strain into a suitable glass
Enjoy
